The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel if required.
