About the Role:
Are you a driven and client-focused property consultant with a passion for Dubai’s dynamic real estate market? We’re hiring a Listing Property Consultant to specialize in long-term rental listings. Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage long-term rental listings across various areas of Dubai.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors.
- Conduct property valuations and assist clients in setting competitive rental rates.
- Ensure property listings are accurate, up to date, and professionally presented.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and leasing teams to promote properties effectively.
- Stay informed about local rental laws, DTCM & RERA compliance, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate client and listing data through CRM tools.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in short term & long-term leasing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
