Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and experienced Wellness Counsellor with a strong background in tele-sales and in-clinic sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust with clients, and a passion for promoting wellness, aesthetic, or slimming solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with walk-in and online clients, understanding their wellness or aesthetic goals.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans and close sales effectively.
- Handle tele-sales follow-ups, lead calls, and appointment confirmations.
- Proactively reach out to potential and past clients to upsell packages or promote offers.
- Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or clinic software.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through consistent conversions.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk to ensure smooth client journey and satisfaction.
- Educate clients about pre and post-care, packages, and long-term wellness programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele-sales and in-clinic sales (preferably in a wellness, slimming, or aesthetic clinic).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills – fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Presentable, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of slimming, body contouring, skincare, or wellness products/services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or patient management software is preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Wellness/Cosmetology Sales: 3 years (Required)
Language:
- English and/or Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Mandarin (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
