- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.Create detailed and realistic 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max and Auto CAD
- Translate architectural and interior design concepts into compelling visual representations.
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and develop visuals accordingly.
- Prepare mood boards and material presentations when required.
- Ensure that all visuals align with project specifications and design intent.
- Make revisions based on feedback from stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with visualization trends, tools, and techniques.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in the architecture or interior design field.
- Expert proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCad, Lumion, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, AutoCAD, and other design tools is an advantage.
