Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate female Beauty Therapist to join our team at Sunny Wellness, an exclusive female center in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written) and have extensive experience in delivering high-quality beauty treatments. You will work in a professional, women-only environment, providing exceptional care to female clients and ensuring their satisfaction with personalized beauty services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, hydration, and anti-aging therapies.
- Conduct derma pen treatments (microneedling) to improve skin texture and appearance.
- Administer chemical peeling treatments to address skin concerns like acne, pigmentation, and fine lines.
- Provide body contouring treatments to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment room in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Consult with female clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure a positive experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only (for a women’s center).
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, with at least 2-3 years in facial treatments, derma pen, peeling, and body contouring.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages (e.g., English) are a plus.
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, dermatology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with female clients.
- Knowledge of skincare products, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Salary: 7,000 AED - 8,000 AED per month (depending on experience)
