Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Visualizer specializing in urban planning, infrastructure, and large-scale architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience transforming master planning and civil engineering projects into photorealistic 3D renderings, immersive VR/AR experiences, and compelling motion graphics. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to communicate design intent effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations for urban planning, transportation networks, infrastructure, and architectural projects.
- Produce photorealistic interior and exterior renderings using 3ds Max, Vray/Corona, Lumion, and Twinmotion.
- Create immersive VR and AR simulations for client presentations, stakeholder engagement, and project approvals.
- Develop motion graphics and animated walkthroughs using After Effects and Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, interior designers, urban planners, and civil engineers, to translate complex technical concepts into visual content.
- Optimize rendering workflows to meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest visual quality.
- Support early-stage concept validation and decision-making with interactive digital presentations.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Expertise in urban planning and infrastructure visualization.
- Strong 3D modeling and texturing skills in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in rendering engines: Vray, Corona, Lumion, and Twinmotion.
- Experience with VR/AR simulations and immersive presentations.
- Strong motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects, Unreal Engine).
- Post-production and graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with engineers and architects.
Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in 3D visualization for urban planning, infrastructure, or architectural projects.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality visual content for large-scale projects.
- Experience in public consultations, stakeholder presentations, and urban development proposals is a plus.
Education & Certifications:
- Master Diploma in 3D Modeling & Animation or equivalent.
- Relevant technical or design certifications are advantageous.
