Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer delight.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails.
Generate sales leads.
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Provide appropriate solutions to customer complaints within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.

Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship management systems and practices.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening.
