Job Details:

  • Maintain relationship with all courier and shipping companies and their services
  • Liaising with both the Warehouse team and Supply Chain team regarding stock and shipping.
  • Coordination of refunds, escalating queries to management.
  • Tracking of any products that have been returned/complimentary items/broken or damaged items.
  • Responsibility for all emails.
  • Handle all feedback including complaints, queries, compliments, delivery issues, customs issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Candidate with two to four years experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge.
