Job Summary
Looking for people who have 1-2 years of experience in front office administration. Should have very good communication skills and approachable personality. Should be able to multi task and assist teachers.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and book keeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • arrange seminars and webinars
  • welcome students and visitors in the college
  • Assist faculties with preparations .

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
