HR and Office Manager
Our Client is a multinational financial services technology infrastructure and products company delivering cutting edge technology access, compliance and security based in Abu Dhabi.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office including be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, etc.
- Manage and procure services from third-party vendors related to office supplies, IT, insurances, travel agencies, PRO, etc.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures
- Manage COO calendars, travel bookings, meetings, conferences, etc.
- Responsible for onboarding employees and providing orientation and training to new employee
- Handle all aspects of employee relations and maintain employee personnel file
- Manage visa processing and inquiries by liaising with third-party service providers including implementation of HR policies
- Maintain human resources information system records and compile reports from the database
- Maintain compliance with ADGM rules and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proven 3+ working experience as an HR professional
- People-oriented, and results-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, communicating skills
- Experience in developing and implementing company policies/procedures
- Experience in managing employee records and benefits
