HR and Office Manager

Our Client is a multinational financial services technology infrastructure and products company delivering cutting edge technology access, compliance and security based in Abu Dhabi.

Main Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office including be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, etc.
  • Manage and procure services from third-party vendors related to office supplies, IT, insurances, travel agencies, PRO, etc.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Manage COO calendars, travel bookings, meetings, conferences, etc.

HR:

  • Responsible for onboarding employees and providing orientation and training to new employee
  • Handle all aspects of employee relations and maintain employee personnel file
  • Manage visa processing and inquiries by liaising with third-party service providers including implementation of HR policies
  • Maintain human resources information system records and compile reports from the database
  • Maintain compliance with ADGM rules and regulations

Essential characteristics;

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proven 3+ working experience as an HR professional
  • People-oriented, and results-driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, communicating skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing company policies/procedures
  • Experience in managing employee records and benefits
