Logistics Coordinator

The role consists of managing all logistics-related tasks for us. You will work in a small team and report directly to the Accounts Manager. Minimum Requirements:

· 3-5 years experience in handling logistics-related responsibilities

· Coordinates with the logistic team for delivery schedule.

·Provide backup details for necessary PO placement.

· Maintaining customer order list and Coordinate with the team for Accounts receivables and ensuring prompt receipt of payments.

· Prepare freight PO to process freight orders.

· Providing updated order file to the accounts team for the Invoice.

· Sending an invoice to the customer for receiving payment and following up for the same.

· Payment follow up thru sales team/customer

· Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.

·Handle customer accounts: Process Orders/invoices

·Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

·Ensure receipt of an invoice from the vendors and forwarders & forward the same to the accounts department for payment process.

·Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data in the system.

·Update Stock Statement Report once in a month.

·Responsible for making shipping arrangements for inbound and outbound.

·Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.

·Develop reports on cargo movements and various operational logistics issues.

·Update stakeholders on the status of their shipments in transit.

· Any other duties as and when assigned
