We’re Hiring: Mechanic - Ready Mix Concrete Plant

Al Marwan Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Concrete Plant Mechanic to join our operations team in Sharjah. If you have a strong background in mechanical maintenance of GPE (German Plant Experience) concrete plants and KTI ice plants, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on concrete plant equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems efficiently
- Replace worn-out or damaged parts to minimize plant downtime
- Coordinate with plant electricians and operators for seamless operations
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with GPE concrete batching plants (mandatory)
- Experience with KTI ice plants is a strong advantage
- Solid mechanical diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong commitment to safety and maintenance standards
