Qualification

Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred

Experience

5 years’ healthcare management and customer relations experience, or comparable leadership background

Communication & Relationship Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with an effective and good telephone manner.

Customer Care experience and excellent face to face skills

Ability to work in a flexible atmosphere without close supervision and under pressure

Team Player with the ability to interact with internal and external staff/public.

Experience of working in an Medical Environment.

Knowledge Training & Experience

Previous clerical/reception experience coupled with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff.

ECDL or proven equivalent experience in MS package, email, and internet browsers.

Good grasp of medical terminology

Analytical Skills

Ability to do simple arithmetic accurately.

Ability to register and process data accurately

Excellent problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Planning & Organizational Skills

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Reliable and conscientious

Flexibility to work additional hours (with negotiation) to cover leave etc.
