Mission

Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing Distribution VP with required assistance to support him in preparation of countries segment business plan, playbooks, sales and communications material. His/her duties include handling interdepartmental coordination and follow up to develop the required marketing or strategical plan. The role needs communications with different internal teams, preparing offers details, creating surveys and other tools to support sales and front offices activities. In addition to that assist different events and activities by the segment or the countries related to the Distribution Sub Segment.

Scope & Environment

All Distribution Sub Segment Marketing & Strategy Activates Globally

Key responsibilities / activities

1 Supporting the preparation of countries segment business plan, playbooks, sales and communications material.

2 Creating marketing and strategies materials such as offers details, battle cards, surveys, playbooks and other tools to support sales and front offices activites

3 Working closely with strategy, LOBs, sales and marketing department.

4 Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.

5 Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events

6 Conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience

7 Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

8 Updating social media accounts.

Qualifications

Education

1 Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or Engineering.

Language requirements

1 English mandatory

2 Second language is a plus

Skills requirements

1 Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.

2 Effective written and verbal communication skills

3 High level of attention to detail

4 Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
