Job Purpose:
To manage and oversee company-provided staff or worker accommodations, ensuring proper living conditions, safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with local regulations and company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accommodation Management
- Allocate rooms and bedspaces to staff/workers as per policy.
- Maintain up-to-date occupancy records and accommodation databases.
- Prevent overcrowding and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, washrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Report any camp maintenance works to Administrator for coordinating with the maintenance department (electrical, plumbing, AC, etc.).
- Ensure hygiene standards are met through proper cleaning and pest control routines.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure accommodation complies with civil defense, municipality, and health regulations.
- Implement fire safety measures and conduct emergency drills.
- Monitor waste management, water tank cleaning, pest control, Fire fighting etc.
- Resident Welfare & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for resident issues or in case of emergency.
- Collaborate with HR/Admin for new arrivals, transfers, and exits.
- Address and resolve disputes or violations of accommodation rules.
- Inventory & Supplies
- Manage inventory of furniture, bedding, and housekeeping items.
- Raise requests for required supplies and equipment.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records related to occupancy, maintenance, inspections, and incidents maintain the records for the AMC’s including upcoming services.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Emergency Response
- Handle emergencies such as medical cases, fire incidents, and equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure availability of emergency contact information and evacuation plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in accommodation/camp management or similar role
- Knowledge of health, safety, and municipal regulations
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Good communication in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
Computer skills (MS Offices, record-keeping software)
