A Camp Boss is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of a camp, encompassing accommodation, catering, maintenance, and safety. Their duties include staff supervision, facility management, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They also handle logistics, inventory, and even coordinate emergency responses.
