We are a leading freight forwarding company with +20 years of experience in providing high-quality logistics and shipping solutions. We are currently looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service support.
- Follow up with clients on shipments and ensure timely updates.
- Work to increase the number of shipments and overall customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to meet client requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in freight forwarding / logistics .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
