We are looking for experienced account managers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, onsite vacancy based in our office in Tecom.
The account managers' key responsibilities will be:
- Initiating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients
- Acting as a primary point of contact for existing accounts and ensuring punctual and professional delivery of company’s services
- Assessing client's needs and providing tailored support
- Monitoring accounts' performance and identifying upselling opportunities
- Preparing regular reports on performance and target
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to offer strategic advice to clients
- Staying up to speed with market updates, news and movement
The perfect candidates must meet the following criteria.
- Must be native Arabic speakers
- Fluent in English
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the forex trading industry
- Must be social, outgoing and confident
- Provide exceptional client support
- Possess excellent communication and representation skills
- Flexible and attentive to details
