Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
- Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience using project management systems, CRM systems, and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and pipelines.
- Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- BS/BA Degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Client Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues. They ensure timely and effective communication to address client concerns and maintain satisfaction.
- Account Growth and Retention: Developing strategies to grow revenue from existing clients by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services. They also work to retain clients by ensuring high satisfaction levels and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with CSM, sales, and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met while while driving account growth through strategic support and coordination.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key account metrics, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates. They prepare regular reports for management to assess account performance and strategize for improvements.
- Conflict Resolution: Addressing any conflicts or issues that arise between the company and clients, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
