We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful delivery of our products or services through close collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support account development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager within the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and customer expectations.
- Experience in industries such as technology, digital marketing, or professional services.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills focused on performance and results.
