We are seeking a highly capable Account Manager with a strong accounting background to join our team in the rapidly growing aesthetic and dermatology industry. This role requires someone with a solid understanding of finance, deep knowledge of the UAE market, and prior experience in trading and manufacturing environments. You will play a critical role in managing client accounts while supporting business decisions through your financial insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the aesthetic and dermatology sector
- Oversee account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Provide financial insights that support pricing strategies, forecasting, and budget alignment
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
- Stay updated with UAE market trends, regulations, and client needs relevant to aesthetic medical products and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the UAE market, with proven success in account management
- Prior experience in Trading & Manufacturing industries is essential
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, reporting, and cost control practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally)
- Background or familiarity with the aesthetic, dermatology, or medical devices industry is highly preferred
- Fluent in English
