Client Servicing Role – Creative Advertising Agency (Not Finance)
Location: Dubai
Full-Time | Salary: AED 18,000 /Month
Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic creative agency, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead high-impact campaigns across the region — with a special focus on government and public sector clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage end-to-end client relationships with professionalism and confidence
Oversee 360° campaign planning, execution, and performance — from ATL to digital
Prepare clear briefs, contact reports, project timelines, and performance trackers
Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver on client expectations
Ensure every project meets deadlines, budget, and strategic objectives
What You Bring:
Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
3+ years of agency experience, ideally handling government or large public-sector clients
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proven success in delivering integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and great under pressure
Well-versed in UAE workflows, cultural nuances, and public communication standards
