Key Responsibilities:
Record financial transactions in accounting software - QuickBooks
Maintain accurate ledgers and journals
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Create cash flow reports, profit & loss, and balance sheets
Conduct variance analysis and budgeting support
Reconcile bank statements with internal records
Monitor daily bank transactions and prepare bank reports
Process employee salaries and manage WPS/non-WPS payments
Calculate leave balances, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits
Manage staff advances and reimbursements
Prepare and file VAT returns on time as per FTA guidelines
Ensure proper documentation and VAT audit readiness
Generate client invoices and follow up on payments
Track supplier bills and ensure timely payments
Liaise with external auditors and prepare documentation
Maintain proper filing of financial records for audit purposes
Support management with ad hoc financial analysis
Manage petty cash
Assist with cost control and business planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and payroll processing is a must

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
