About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team with a primary focus on invoicing and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and hands-on knowledge of CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate client invoices based on contracts and service delivery
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain invoicing records and ensure consistency with accounting standards
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure proper billing information
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role, with strong invoicing background
- Proficiency in accounting software (Focus CRM, or similar)
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the waste management or logistics sector is a plus
Preferred Candidate:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with CRM and invoicing platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Based in Mafraq Industrial Area
