About Us:
WestEast Living is a boutique interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai. We specialize in delivering high-quality, tailored interior, exterior & structure as well as landscaping solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts and Administrative Coordinator to support our operations and finance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting and Billing
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients
- Track and follow up on payments and outstanding receivables
- Manage vendor bills and record expenses
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in preparing financial data for submission to external accounting partners
- Support monthly reconciliation and VAT documentation
Administrative Support
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management and project teams
- Maintain organized records of contracts, quotations, and project documentation
- Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients when necessary
- Provide general administrative support across departments
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry is essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
