We are currently expanding our finance department and are looking for a diligent Accounts Administrator to join our remote team.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone with a background in accounts administration or office support, looking to work within a fast-paced, globally active MSP. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our finance function, ensuring the accuracy of our records and smooth coordination with suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise professionally with new and existing clients and suppliers
- Enter and manage account transactions using Excel and Sage Line 50
- Monitor and organize supplier documentation and communications
- Accurately reconcile supplier and customer accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal financial records on Excel
- Support the Finance Controller with additional admin and finance duties as required
Required Skills & Experience
- A-level qualification or equivalent, ideally in a numerically focused subject
- Previous experience in an admin or accounts role (advantageous but not essential; training provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required)
- Working knowledge of Sage Line 50 (preferred)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team
