We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team!
This role combines administrative and basic accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily accounts: record income, expenses, and bank transactions
- Post and reconcile payments (cash, cheque, bank transfers)
- Track receivables and payables, follow up on outstanding payments
- Issue and record sales and purchase invoices
- Prepare and maintain petty cash records
- Assist with monthly reports and reconciliation of accounts
- Handle delivery approvals only after confirming payment receipt
- Keep records of all debit and credit transactions
- Delivery Authorization: Confirm deliveries only after receiving payment confirmation.
- Payments Posting: Record and reconcile incoming payments in the system.
Prepare payment reports
- Secretarial Tasks: Manage calls, emails, schedule meetings, and assist management as required.
- Office Coordination: Organize office activities, maintain supplies, and ensure a tidy work environment.
- Administrative Support: Handle filing, document control, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Experience in admin or accounting support roles preferred.
- Familiarity with invoicing, payment tracking, and office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking ability.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and efficient.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
