DMAXX Properties L.L.C is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Compliance Executive to manage the full spectrum of bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate or property management and a strong grasp of UAE regulatory requirements including VAT, Corporate Tax, and AML frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, record, and regularly update all financial transactions and bookkeeping records.
- Raise and manage invoices to clients and developers.
- Follow up on outstanding commission receivables and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Prepare and file UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns in accordance with FTA regulations.
- Perform KYC, client screening, and onboarding procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE AML regulations, including GoAML registration, and maintain proper documentation.
- Support audit requirements and maintain regulatory documentation for inspections.
- Work closely with senior management to maintain financial transparency and risk compliance.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles within the real estate or property management sector in the UAE.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting ERPs such as Zoho Books, Xero, or QuickBooks.
- Full understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws.
- Basic working knowledge of UAE AML laws, KYC procedures, and GoAML system.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certification in UAE Taxation, Compliance, or AML (an advantage but not mandatory).
