We’re hiring Admin cum Accounts Officer to support our fast-paced interior design studio. If you love variety, enjoy managing admin and accounts tasks, and want to be part of a creative, growing team — this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Handle daily admin: emails, scheduling, filing
- Coordinate with suppliers & assist in procurement
- Track inventory and calculate landed costs
- Maintain reports and Excel records
- Support overall office operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication & multitasking skills
- Good Excel & MS Office knowledge
- Prior admin/accounts experience preferred
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or similar
- Eager to learn and take initiative
