Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting month-end reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining accounting records.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Maintain and organize financial files and documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Perform general administrative duties related to finance operations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred :
- Experience in the facilities management or services industry.
- Knowledge of VAT and UAE accounting regulations.
