Duties & Responsibilities;
- Manage and process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense reports
- Support with administration tasks such as documentation, filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, initiating payment requests
- Provide support to the operations team in day-to-day tasks and special projects
- Assist with the preparation of payroll inputs, manage cash salary provided with vouchers and proper documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting documents and financial statements
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues
Requirements;
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Account Assistant or similar role in UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (must be attested from MOFA UAE)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel with VLookup, HLookup, Spreadsheets etc.
- Must have knowledge on SIF file preparation for payroll
- Basic knowledge on UAE Labour Law for End-of-Service benefits and Leave salary calculations
- Knowledge on UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Tax policies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Experience in Logistics or Transportation sector is an added advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
