Job Role Overview: Accountant cum Admin Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain financial records and ledgers
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Handle tax filing and statutory compliance (e.g., GST, TDS)
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain office files and records (digital and physical)
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments
- Assist with HR tasks like payroll processing, onboarding
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and government bodies
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP )
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and taxation
- Good communication (written and verbal)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred,
- Driving license preferable
