Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Supervisor to oversee financial operations and reporting for our UAE team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising accounting entries, maintaining communication with suppliers and banks, and ensuring real-time transaction recording within the ERP system. Strong accounting knowledge and ERP proficiency are required.
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with suppliers and handle product ordering
- Inspect cargo documents and monitor deliveries
- Coordinate with customer teams regarding product orders and delivery schedules
- Review and post product purchases and customer invoices
- Sign off on customer invoices and ensure ERP entries are up to date
- Manage banking correspondence under supervision
- Follow up on banking compliance and requirements
- Oversee general office activities and operations
- Prepare and submit annual and monthly budgets
- Supervise weekly payments and ensure timely submissions
- Provide monthly variance analysis and budget reports
- Monitor regulatory updates and report to management
- Generate monthly management accounts using ERP
- Support annual audit preparation in collaboration with superiors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting)
- Professional accounting qualification (preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of ERP accounting systems
- Intermediate skills in spreadsheet tools
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Must not exceed 35 years of age
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,988.00 - AED11,019.00 per month
