Job Requirements:
- Develop and deliver engaging, interactive, and well-organized course materials in IT subjects such as Computer Networks, Data Analytics, Database Management Systems, Management Information Systems, Computers and Society, Computing Projects other related areas.
- Conduct online lectures, discussions, and demonstrations to facilitate student learning and comprehension of IT concepts and skills.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment by actively engaging with students through virtual platforms, providing timely feedback, and offering assistance as needed.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, projects, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT education, and incorporate relevant updates into course content and delivery.
- Collaborate with other faculty members, academic advisors, and administrative staff to ensure the overall success of the IT program and student learning outcomes.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and maintain academic standards.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data using the institution's learning management system (LMS) or other designated platforms.
- Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and guidelines related to academic integrity, student conduct, and faculty responsibilities.
