We are seeking an experienced and dedicated faculty member to teach subjects in Occupational Health and Safety Management. This qualification is designed for health and safety professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in managing workplace health and safety systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety management, as well as experience in teaching and assessing learners at the postgraduate level.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and seminars related to Occupational Health and Safety Management.
- Guide students through core modules such as Health and Safety Management Practice, Effectiveness of Health and Safety Management Systems, Risk Intervention, Occupational Well-Being, and Research Methods.
- Develop and review teaching materials, course content, and assessments.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and grade assignments, projects, and exams.
- Monitor and report on students' progress and provide timely feedback.
- Engage in continuous professional development to remain up-to-date with industry trends and educational best practices.

Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 6 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
- A Master's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety Management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience teaching at the postgraduate level (Level 7)
- Experience in assessing vocationally related achievement is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage students and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Desirable:
- Experience in conducting research in occupational health and safety management.
- Knowledge of sustainability, ethics, and well-being strategies within the workplace.
- Familiarity with advanced research methodologies and how they apply to health and safety.

Pay: AED250.00 - AED500.00 per hour
