Job Overview:
Affordable Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin and Digital Marketing Assistant to support our administrative and digital marketing operations. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who can handle office administration while assisting in managing digital campaigns, social media, and online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office tasks including answering calls, handling correspondence, and welcoming visitors.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases.
- Prepare and format reports, memos, and presentations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) in collaboration with the marketing team or agency.
- Monitor online engagement and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Help update and maintain the company website and listings on property portals (if real estate-based).
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and social media analytics.
- Support the design of basic graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Capture photos and short videos during company events or project milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends in the UAE market.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is plus).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the property, or service sector in the UAE.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or content management platforms like WordPress.
