Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Retention Marketing
- Manage and execute email, SMS, and app push notification campaigns.
- Create and manage customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys.
- Collaborate with CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Bloomreach) to improve engagement and repeat purchase rates.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor and report key KPIs (CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CAC, etc.) using Google Analytics (GA4), Ads Manager, and internal dashboards.
- Evaluate performance of non-paid channels (e.g., organic, direct, referral, email) to provide a holistic view.
- Fetch insights based on business requirements and campaign objectives.
- Read and interpret reports, connecting data with actionable inferences to support decision-making.
Creative Strategy & Ad Copy
- Review ad creatives and copies across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Give structured feedback to enhance click-through and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with designers and content writers to test new formats and messaging (A/B testing).
Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the point of contact with creative agencies, media buying teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure briefs are clear, timelines are met, and outcomes align with business objectives.
Key Skills & Tools:
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Bloomreach, MoEngage, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting
- Ability to evaluate and guide creative development
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
