The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing inquiries, and actively promoting our services. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients at the front desk with a positive attitude.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about our services. Actively promote and sell our products/services to increase admissions.
Process admissions and handle all associated documentation efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Proactively follow up on active leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Checking invoices for data accuracy.
- Track daily sales activities and provide regular reports on performance and insight.
- Keeping track of customer’s information and sales records.
Qualifications:·
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven Experience in MS – Office
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proven experience in sales processes and administration.
