About the Role: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who thrives on establishing lasting client relationships, boosting sales, and championing our brand throughout the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily market visits to enhance client relations and generate new sales.
- Expand the customer base and increase sales throughout the UAE.
- Achieve company-set revenue and gross margin targets.
- Input customer leads into Zoho CRM daily for compliance.
- Monitor payment cycles and update client contracts accordingly.
- Assist the accounts team in prompt payment collections.
- Improve online marketing efforts to boost brand visibility.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and expedite quotes to accelerate deal closures.
- Submit monthly/quarterly reports and track KPIs for management.
- Identify new opportunities and adapt products to meet market needs.
- Contribute across departments to support overall growth.
- Engage with the UAE coffee/barista community and attend industry events.
- Be accessible on company mobile & WhatsApp for support (except 10pm–6am)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales or BD experience, ideally in a similar field.
- Strong communication and CRM (Zoho) Or Similar Software skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Valid UAE driving license
- Own car preferred
