Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support in office tasks, content creation, marketing and client communications within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging marketing content for various platforms and business needs.
- Manage and handle office administrative tasks.
- Maintain effective client communications and support client relations.
- Assist with day-to-day real estate operations and documentation.
- Ensure all work aligns with company standards and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in the real estate industry.
- Experience in using AI tools for content and communication support is must.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
- Drive lead generation efforts by acquiring qualified buyer and broker leads.
- Design engaging ad creatives and visuals using Canva or other design tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Salary Range- Up to AED 5,000 depending on experience.
