Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Handling correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
- Managing supplies, office equipment, and maintenance schedules.
- Supporting HR and finance with administrative tasks.
- Preparing, editing, and formatting reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
- Assisting with visa processing and maintaining staff records (especially in free zones or mainland PRO activities).
- Scheduling and preparing agendas for meetings.
- Booking flights, accommodations, and transport for employees or guests.
- Organizing meeting rooms, refreshments, and video conferencing tools.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Handling basic client queries and routing calls/emails to appropriate departments
