- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers, ensuring their inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Assist in processing and dropping customer orders, reviewing pending orders, and ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in all transactions.
- Respond to customer and client queries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner across various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide assistance to help them use specific features of our products or services effectively.
- Provide troubleshooting support for issues related to customer orders, account statuses, and any other relevant problems, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Provide data, insights, and guides to assist the sales team with their efforts to engage and convert potential customers.
- Manage and maintain sales tracking tools, keeping records of important customer interactions, sales trends, and other relevant data. Report on trends and insights to the sales team and management.
- Work closely with account managers to develop and implement specific sales strategies tailored to customer needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Regularly review pending orders and customer requests, ensuring that all processes are in place to deliver excellent customer service and a seamless experience.
- Attend to and qualify inbound marketing leads, providing detailed information about products/services and assisting in converting these leads into potential sales.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance product/service offerings and customer experience.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
