We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant- Emirati to support daily office operations. This role involves handling routine clerical tasks, managing communications, and assisting team members to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Greet visitors and clients professionally.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist with data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Requirements:
- UAE National Only.
- Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Administration.
- Fluency in English.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
