We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Government Partnership Manager to establish and strengthen strategic relationships with government entities and stakeholders to drive sales and product opportunities within the Emirati segment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE government ecosystem, Emirati culture, and a proven ability to navigate complex partnerships that align with business and national objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development
- Identify, initiate, and cultivate relationships with key government entities, regulators, and decision-makers to unlock opportunities within the Emirati segment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government partners, ensuring alignment of mutual objectives.
- Negotiate and secure agreements or MOUs with government bodies to support sales and product expansion.
- Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to design products and services tailored to the needs of the Emirati segment, leveraging insights from government interactions.
- Align partnership strategies with UAE Vision 2030 and other national development plans to maximize impact and relevance.
- Sales Enablement
- Work closely with sales teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies for products targeting Emirati customers.
- Develop presentations, proposals, and communication materials tailored to government audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report the impact of partnerships on sales growth within the Emirati segment.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the organization at government meetings, events, and forums to build credibility and visibility.
- Foster strong working relationships with Emirati community leaders, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance trust and collaboration.
- Regulatory and Policy Navigation
- Stay informed about changes in government policies, regulations, and funding programs that may affect the Emirati market or open new opportunities.
- Advocate for regulatory adjustments or approvals necessary for new products or services.
- Cultural Advocacy
- Ensure that all initiatives are culturally relevant and sensitive to the values and expectations of the Emirati population.
- Provide cultural insights and training to internal teams to better serve the Emirati segment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in government relations, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the UAE.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-value government partnerships.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of the UAE government structure, processes, and Emirati culture.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
