We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support across daily credit control operations , ensure smooth coordination with customers, and assist the credit control team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer follow-ups through phone and email
- Check and verify invoices for accuracy before processing
- Assist the credit control team with documentation and coordination
- Maintain records, files, and office documents in an organized manner
- Provide general administrative support to management as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, accounts support, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Preferred: Candidates on spouse visa (other visa holders may also apply)
