Job Opportunity: Real Estate Admin – Ajman
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Real Estate Admin to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting daily operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks in an office environment
- Provide clerical support to agents and management, including preparing reports, conducting research, and collecting data
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Manage communication channels: answer calls, respond to emails, and coordinate meetings
- Support smooth office operations while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere
- Ensure punctuality, flexibility, and effective time management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Female applicant from the Philippines (must be residing in Ajman)
- Previous experience in the real estate field is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
