- Create and manage shift schedules for blue-collar workers based on operational requirements.
- Coordinate deployment of staff to sites, ensuring coverage and attendance.
- Communicate daily assignments and updates to team leaders or supervisors.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime; report discrepancies.
- Assist in onboarding of new staff and ensure documentation is completed.
- Liaise with site supervisors for performance and discipline updates.
- Coordinate uniform and tool distribution when needed.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, contracts, ID renewals, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Respond to and resolve workforce-related issues (absenteeism, last-minute replacements, etc.).
- Serve as a point of contact for blue-collar employees regarding HR or operational queries.
