Job Title: HR Recruiter – Blue Collar

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter with expertise in blue-collar recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and mobilizing candidates for various industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, facilities management, and other labor-intensive sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions (e.g., helpers, drivers, technicians, masons, carpenters, cleaners, warehouse staff, etc.).
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media, local agents, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and client selection processes.
- Handle bulk hiring, mobilization, and deployment of workers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely reporting to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and recruitment partners.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa regulations, and company policies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of blue-collar recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and work under pressure.
- Good networking with manpower agencies and local communities.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment (advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in an HR consultancy.
- Prior experience in GCC recruitment will be an added advantage.
