Job Opening: Admin cum Sales Staff
We are a well-established training institute based in the UAE, currently looking to hire an Admin cum Sales Staff member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks including student registrations, documentation, and scheduling
- Assist walk-in clients and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Promote and sell training programs to prospective clients
- Maintain records of sales and follow up with leads
- Provide general support to the management and training team
Requirements:
- Experience in administration and/or sales (preferably in the education or training sector)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
