We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Sales Coordinator to support our day-to-day administrative and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and delivery notes using company software
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Mark and maintain employee attendance records
- Arrange product samples for the store or clients as required
- Coordinate with warehouse, store, office, and clients to manage and schedule deliveries
- Update and maintain accurate client information in the system
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Assist in customer communication and respond to basic inquiries
- Ensure smooth internal coordination to support timely order processing and dispatch
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales/invoice management software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
